There’s a lot going on in the world right now and it can feel overwhelming. I don’t know about you but my emotions have been all over the place. I had a mad panic on Friday night and was really surprised how my fear and worry overtook me. This is a difficult time.
With this in mind I thought we all could do with a bit of time to disconnect from the world, centre ourselves, focus on what we can control and relieve some of the stress and worry. What could be better than a live hypnotherapy session on Instagram with our Clementine community to help us start the week right! We started with a short discussion about trying to just focus on what we can control right now and then our wonderful cognitive hypnotherapist Hazel Gale took us on a guided hypnotherapy session.
It was brilliant, so relaxing and really helped to let go of stress and worry. We had loads of brilliant feedback from people saying how much it helped them find some calm right now and wanted more. So it felt like the best way to bookend the week was to do another one to shake off all the shit we might be carrying with us and take a moment to find some positivity and try own the best part of our days. I know it’s been a bit of a crappy week but I’m sure we can all find one.
