Atifa Balding

I am a human first.
After several years working in the fashion, jewellery, and publishing industries, I retrained to be an Integrative therapist focusing on supporting others to be successful in self-care. In fact, this is what I am passionate about - that we all find sustainable ways to care deeply for ourselves to thrive in this busy world.

My journey, influenced by my personal experiences and challenges, has ignited a deep passion for guiding others on a transformative path of self-care. Living with a stutter, I stumbled upon the profound essence of mindfulness through a simple act of peeling a pomegranate at my mother's suggestion.

This moment marked the commencement of my daily self-care ritual, strongly emphasising being present and nurturing my nervous system in a sustainable and manageable way.
