    Sometimes, difficult times lead to good things happening. Kim Palmer was working in a senior marketing role when she started having panic attacks. She went on maternity leave and the anxiety took over her life. But after seeking help, Kim found that hypnotherapy made her feel calmer, more confident and better able to cope. She then had this idea of building an app to help other women who were struggling too. And Clementine went into production.

    Natalie Pennicotte-Collier (aka CalmerRama) is a clinical hypnotherapist, sleep specialist and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) practitioner. She works alongside GPs in London, helping patients to get better sleep, feel less stressed and gain confidence. Natalie also offers one-to-one Skype consultations to people around the world. Having survived trauma, which led to PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), Natalie truly understands how difficult it can be to suffer with anxiety but also the power of therapy, self-care and recovery.
